Friday Blue Notes
December 18, 2009
Christmas Break We will have a half day with dismissal at 12:30 on Tuesday the 22nd. The classrooms will have their Christmas parties that morning. School will begin again on Monday the fourth of January.
Hat and Mitten Tree and Gifts What generosity! You really outdid yourselves in showing your love for others. I am sure your children have learned a lot about what it means to show Jesus’ love to others through your contributions to these programs. Our prayers go with the gifts that the recipients will also see Jesus’ love for them through your giving.
Elf Shelf The children had fun “shopping” Wednesday and Thursday. Once again we say “Thank you” for sending in the items and to the volunteers who set it up and facilitated the process.

Long Weekend Friday, January 15th will be a 12:30 dismissal and on Monday the 18th school will be closed for Martin Luther King Day.
Re-enrollment This will start in mid January so look for your packets. We are eager to serve you and pray you see the great job the teachers are doing and will return for the 2010 – 2011 school year.
Future Events It has been decided to have our next open house on January 31st. This is the off Sunday between the last NFL playoff games on the 24th and the Super Bowl game on February 7th. Hopefully we will see lots of new people to whom we can minister.
